We’ve placed my order, when will it ship?
Sassy Not Simple is an independently-owned brand, which means that all orders are packed by the owner herself. We always aim to get orders out as soon as possible. Our current progression window is 7-14 business days.
During special events and Holidays, such as Christmas, progression times can be a little longer. Be sure to check processing times before purchasing.Depending on how many orders are in demand, it can take longer for your orders to ship. You’ll be notified , if any delay of shipping is to occur on our end to. If you have a special event where you need your order to be prioritized , such as for a gift, feel free to send us an email! We will do our best to accommodate you if it does not interfere with our order schedule.
How long will it take my order to arrive?

- Outside of the U.S. 7-30 Business days
My tracking says shipment created but no update yet! What does that mean?
This update means that your order is pre-shipment, which means that we have printed and packed your order but it has not been scanned in by the shipping company yet! Your tracking will update shortly afterward.
What happens if my package goes missing?
If there are any problems with your tracking, please contact your local post office. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the post office. We also do not have the resources to call these locations for you, especially if they are located outside of the United States. If both of these resources still can not help you, feel free to contact us via email and we will open an investigation on your package.
Sassy Not Simple is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the package is in post office possession. Please refer to your tracking number and contact your local post office.
